We do not sell any of the documents we have on the site. Blank documents can be obtained for free from the appropriate government agency. We simply help you prepare those forms to provide you with a valued added convenience service. Even though we sometimes help you fill out official documents, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency (Social Security Administration, IRS, or any other). We are absolutely private. You always have the option to obtain the forms at no charge on your own by visiting any of the aforementioned government agencies' websites.
Furthermore, we are not a law firm and do not provide any legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. We help you to the best of our knowledge and experience to complete the required forms based upon the information you provide. When it comes to filing a determined document, we trust your own judgment. You are responsible to determine the kind of form you need to fill out. We also do not check for errors on your forms; we use the information you provide while completing those forms and submit those, exactly as they have been filled. Once we have helped you complete those forms the relationship between you and us ends with the transaction. We are not under any obligation to send you reminders for future filings, or any other responsibilities you may have.
2. What You Agree To
Once you agree to the terms, you are confirming that all the information you include while filling the forms is correct an accurate. You further guarantee and warrant that it shall not be used for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any demands alleging any lack of authority, error or damages of any kind, including damages, attorneys fees and costs with regard to any of the services provided by the company.
Your submission of credit card information, or any kind of payment card information, or Paypal information constitutes your authorization for the services ordered and for any related fees or expenses. At Safe-Apply.co (Kingsway Business Consultants Ltd), these are the fees that may be charged to your account: Processing fee, Publication Fees, and Shipping Fees (if necessary). There may be other fees in some instances, but the fees will always be presented to you before you submit your final payment.
4. Limited Money-back Guarantee
At Safe-Apply.co, we offer a Limited Money-back Guarantee. If you cancel before the work has been completed, we will reimburse you the full amount minus the cost of the services already provided. Any demand for refunds must be received less than 15 days from the order date. No refunds will be issued after this period.
5. Warranties and Disclaimer of Liability

The parties agree that the Florida courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Safe-Apply.co (Kingsway Business Consultants Ltd) may amend this agreement in the future without notice. If new terms are adopted, they will replace the existing ones and will be published on our website. We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time, without cause and at our sole discretion.

If at any time you feel we have not met our obligations – or you have a complaint about any of our products or services – please inform us so we can work towards a resolution. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint promptly, thoroughly and fairly.
